Due to increased activity, we are looking for a **Materials \& Supply Planner**, based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**, to join our **Supply Chain** team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for **ensuring the availability of materials and supplies** required to meet the production plan and customer commitments, managing material planning, inventory and supply risks. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and manage material requirements aligned with demand and the production plan. * Monitor inventory levels, coverage and turnover, avoiding stockouts or excesses. * Track suppliers, delivery lead times and critical orders. * Coordinate with production, planning and logistics to ensure material availability. * Identify supply risks and propose mitigation actions. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and the introduction of new products or processes. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** experience in material planning, supply planning or similar roles. * Knowledge of **MRP** and **inventory management** (safety stock, coverage, turnover). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Fluent spoken and written **Spanish** and **English**. * Analytical ability, organizational skills and results orientation. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Knowledge and use of **ERP** systems (Oracle, SAP or others). * Experience in supplier management and delivery lead time analysis. * Familiarity with Supply Chain KPIs (On-Time In-Full, inventory turns, material availability). * Continuous improvement mindset and cross-functional collaboration across departments. **What We Offer** * Flexible compensation (restaurant vouchers and social benefits such as childcare, training, etc.) * Life insurance * Partially subsidized health insurance * Various work-life balance services * Savings club * Join a global leader in cybersecurity and digital identity. * Dynamic industrial environment with a strong culture of security and sustainability. * Professional development opportunities within Thales.
