Key responsibilities include operating transfer hoists, administering scheduled medication, assisting with personal hygiene, and performing postural changes to prevent pressure ulcers and improve patient comfort. Start date is immediate; employment is on a per-day/per-hour basis, adjusted according to service needs. The applicable collective agreement for home care and healthcare assistance will be enforced. Candidates with specific experience in caring for patients with reduced mobility and requiring comprehensive assistance will be prioritized. This position requires a responsible, organized individual capable of working autonomously while ensuring high-quality care delivery.
