Professional development in a collaborative environment with a strong learning orientation An event staffing services company is looking to hire an administrative assistant to staff the company’s office reception and provide support to the recruitment and training department. Administrative support tasks for the personnel recruitment and training department, including: creating onboarding files for new hires; managing and maintaining employee documentation; handling training administration; issuing PPE and uniforms; managing warehouse stock; and providing documentary support to occupational health and safety coordination activities. Answering telephone calls, receiving visitors and goods. * Minimum 3 months of experience. Prior experience is not required. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Mig) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; willingness to learn and work as part of a team. * Temporary employment contract (4 months) * Full-time position * Additional details of interest: Full-time contract, Monday to Friday, 9:30–14:00 and 15:00–18:00 (7.5 hours per day). Start date: 14 April until 18 September 2026 (including vacation period from 10–23 August).
