




Job Summary: We are seeking a reception assistant to provide guest service, manage reservations, handle billing, and resolve incidents at a hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Invoice preparation and incident resolution We are looking for a person to work as a reception assistant at a hotel located in Siero (Asturias). Main duties will include providing both telephone and in-person assistance to guests, offering detailed information about all services available at the establishment. The candidate will also be responsible for managing guest arrival (check\-in) and departure (check\-out) procedures. Additionally, the candidate will handle administration of reservations received via phone or internet, order management, invoice preparation, and resolution of any incidents that may arise. The ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel staff members is highly valued. At least one year of prior experience in a similar position is required. In the absence of direct experience, proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems will be considered. A high level of spoken English is essential. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for commuting to the workplace. A full-time permanent employment contract with night shift schedule is offered.
