As a Pest Control Assistant, you will be a fundamental support pillar for the Pest Control Technician, immersed in daily operations, gaining essential hands-on experience, and building a clear pathway toward becoming a certified expert. ️ Your Learning and Support Responsibilities (The Value You Bring): * Direct Operational Support: Assist the Pest Control Technician in preparing, executing, and completing vector and pest control treatments across various facilities. * Hands-on Experience Acquisition: Learn advanced sector techniques and protocols in the field, operating specialized tools and equipment under supervision. * Digital Service Management: Collaborate in using the company’s IT tools and systems for recording, monitoring, and tracking treatments performed at client sites. * Quality Participation: Assist in audits, inspections, and service reviews, understanding the importance of quality and safety standards. * Initial Advisory Role: Participate in client interactions, learning how to identify environmental health issues and propose preliminary control alternatives.
