Sociosanitary home care service Monday to Friday working hours 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon 20-hour contract Position type:

The position focuses on the comprehensive management and control of administrative files, including document validation, meticulous data review, proactive identification of incidents, and strict application of established protocols to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Additionally, it plays a key role in social accompaniment and inclusion, providing direct support to families in situations of vulnerability and actively contributing to initiatives that facilitate their integration into the labor market through the development of personalized plans and continuous follow-up. Another fundamental function is coordination and networked work, acting as the primary liaison with social counselors, various foundations, and other collaborating entities to optimize resources, align objectives, and ensure coordinated and effective support for program beneficiaries. In the administrative domain, the role involves managing social rental contracts, issuing official communications, and processing associated legal matters, guaranteeing proper documentation and end-to-end case tracking. The role requires a combination of technical and social skills, operating within a dynamic environment where workload volume may be high. Adaptability, autonomy in task management, and clear, effective communication are essential for success in this role, directly contributing to improved administrative processes and the positive social impact of interventions carried out. The offered contract is temporary. The annual gross salary is €25,000, supplemented by a daily meal allowance of €12.10. Working hours from Monday to Thursday are flexible, with entry between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. and departure between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m., offering two hours of flexibility. On Fridays, the day before public holidays, and during the full months of July and August, an intensive working schedule applies from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Regular telework is possible for up to six days per month, to be chosen between Monday and Friday, and special telework days are available on designated holidays such as Christmas Eve, Holy Wednesday or Holy Thursday, New Year’s Eve, and the eve of Epiphany. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including advanced use of pivot tables, complex formulas, and report generation, as well as general agility with IT tools. Rigorous attention to detail and the ability to review data, validate files, detect incidents, and apply protocols accurately are mandatory. Quick learning ability, adaptability to high-volume work environments, autonomy, and strong communication skills are highly valued. Knowledge of Catalan is considered a plus. Immediate availability and genuine interest in social impact projects are required.
