




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage payroll in the consulting sector, responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding, contracts, social security matters, and payroll preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Part-time schedule from Monday to Friday during morning shift with flexible hours. 2. Experience in payroll management and application of collective bargaining agreements. 3. Responsible and proactive in administrative management. We are looking for a professional to manage payroll at a consulting firm in Barcelona. Main responsibilities will include registering, deregistering, and modifying employees and companies with the relevant official bodies. The role will also cover personnel contracting, full management of social security—including contribution movements and affiliations. Additionally, the role entails preparing payrolls, calculating and adjusting IRPF (Personal Income Tax), applying collective bargaining agreements, and calculating back payments. The working schedule will be part-time, totaling 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday during the morning shift, with flexible hours between 08:00 and 19:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and A3NOM is desirable. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. .
