To support its growth, My Digital Buildings is seeking an experienced Scan to BIM Project Manager (M/F), reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Full-time position, permanent contract, based in Barcelona. **Who we are** With over 300 clients in the industrial, retail, real estate, and construction sectors, My Digital Buildings enables organizations in the built environment to construct, operate, and renovate more efficiently by leveraging reliable and accessible spatial data collected via 3D scanners and drones. **Context and Responsibilities** As part of its strong growth and to support the launch of its first subsidiary in Spain, My Digital Buildings is looking for an experienced Scan to BIM Project Manager (M/F), reporting directly to the Commercial Director. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure resource management, planning, and coordination of tasks required for the successful execution of Scan to BIM projects within your portfolio. * Supervise building scanning activities, ensure the quality and accuracy of collected data, and oversee the process of converting scanned data into BIM models. * Ensure BIM models comply with current standards and regulations; implement quality control procedures. * Participate in legal and technological monitoring in the field of modeling; contribute to continuous improvement of tools and methods used. * Provide technical support to team members and end users; engage in ongoing team training. * Ensure customer satisfaction (understanding their needs, meeting deadlines, quality control). **Requirements** * Minimum 4\-5 years of experience in managing Scan to BIM projects. * Leadership, teamwork, effective communication, ability to solve complex problems, and autonomous strategic decision-making. * Advanced proficiency in scanning technologies and BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc. * Strong skills in creating accurate BIM models from scanned data. * Thorough understanding of current industry standards, protocols, and regulations. * Fluent in Spanish; good command of English (B2 level) both spoken and written is essential; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
