Your Opportunity We seek an energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented Operations Executive Turnaround to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in coordinating port operations, ensuring every step — from passenger arrival through embarkation or disembarkation — proceeds smoothly, safely, and with outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do Supervise passenger embarkation and disembarkation operations. Organize and coordinate the terminal team. Assist passengers and manage incidents. Coordinate services with suppliers. Ensure adherence to our quality and customer service standards. We’re Looking For Someone With Fluent English (mandatory). Experience in customer service or operational management (not required but valued). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Customer orientation and a proactive attitude.
