Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting guests with a smile, assisting with luggage, and escorting them to their rooms. * Assisting customers during night hours, resolving inquiries and addressing their needs. * Collaborating with the reception team on check\-in, check\-out, and reservation management tasks. * Ensuring security and order throughout the facilities during the night shift.
