**What You'll Do**
* Lead and guide a dynamic Technical Art team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Develop and implement fluid visuals in Unity, with a strong emphasis on technical performance.
* Coordinate the import and integration of 2D art, ensuring compliance with guidelines within a 2D mobile application.
* Apply your C\# programming expertise to enhance game functionality.
* Build and optimize 2D/3D assets using industry-standard software.
* Oversee version control systems, particularly git, to ensure smooth team collaboration.
* Improve mobile game performance for a smooth and immersive user experience.
* Author and integrate shaders, VFX, animations, and art direction within Unity.
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, serving as the voice of the Technical Art team in discussions.
* Utilize project management tools such as Jira for tracking and managing project schedules and deliverables.
* Anticipate potential technical limitations and develop innovative solutions.
* Assemble Unity prefabs, animations, and animator state machines.
* Collaborate with and support engineers, artists, and technical artists in generating tools and workflow improvements.
* Provide best-practice technical workflow and optimization support to our internal artists and partners.
* Create source file templates and workflow documentation.
* Mentor junior technical artists in developing their technical skills.
**What We're Looking For**
* Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Technical Art Lead in the mobile gaming industry.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Unity, with emphasis on technical efficiency.
* Solid understanding of 2D art import and integration guidelines.
* Mastery of C\# coding and 2D/3D asset development tools.
* Familiarity with version control systems, especially git.
* Proven ability to improve mobile game efficiency.
* Expertise in executing shaders, VFX, animation, and art direction within Unity.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English, with the ability to represent the Technical Art team.
