Job Summary: We are seeking a flexographic printing operator with a qualification in Graphic Arts or a related field, proactive and committed to quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and supervision of specialized flexographic machinery 2. Ink preparation and rigorous print quality control 3. Professional development and adaptation to dynamic work environments We are looking for personnel for the printing department, focused on operating and supervising specialized flexographic machinery. Key tasks include feeding the machine with required materials, starting up and configuring the equipment, and assembling components such as sleeves. The role also involves ink preparation and rigorous quality control of printed paper, ensuring compliance with established standards. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification (FP I, FP II, CFGM or CFGS) in Graphic Arts, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Prior experience in Offset, Gravure, or Flexographic printing will be valued. We seek a proactive individual with attention to detail and commitment to quality, capable of quickly integrating into the team and adapting to dynamic work environments. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent integration based on performance. Remuneration will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement, ranging from €24,000 to €30,000 gross per annum. Working hours follow an American shift schedule or a 7-days-on/2-days-off rotating shift system, or a three-shift weekly schedule. Parking is available, and public transport access is excellent. Vocational Training (FPI, FP II, CFGM or CFGS) in Graphic Arts, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Certification is mandatory. Experience in Offset, Gravure or Flexographic printing is desirable. Immediate availability is required. Prior experience of at least one year in similar positions is valued.
