YOUR IMPACT As an Associate – Tech \& AI, you will join a consulting team and assume responsibility for leading a project module. We work closely with our clients to generate scalable value through technology and artificial intelligence (AI). As an Associate – Tech \& AI: * You will work side\-by\-side with our clients at their locations, helping them maximize the potential of data and AI to solve problems effectively, refine their strategies, and execute complex transformations. * You will develop AI\-based solutions, modernize technological infrastructures, optimize and automate processes, accelerate digital growth, and empower teams to adopt AI and digital technologies effectively. * Together with our clients and your McKinsey colleagues, you will combine research, data analysis, interviews, and ideation sessions to generate valuable insights and design innovative solutions. By equipping them with the right tools and knowledge, you will ensure that our projects continue to drive innovation and continuous improvement even after completion—delivering lasting impact. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS A university degree in technical, scientific, or economics\/business disciplines, plus a minimum of four years of professional experience—either in technology companies or in technology\-, artificial intelligence\-, or digital transformation\-focused roles within other sectors. Strong analytical capabilities for data\-, fact\-, and logically structured reasoning\-based decision\-making. An outstanding academic and professional track record, with notable achievements both inside and outside formal education. Ability to produce high\-impact project deliverables—including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, articles, or other written documents. Excellent teamwork skills. Solid organizational and time management competencies, including the ability to independently initiate and complete tasks. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with excellent fluency in both Spanish and English.
