An Orientation Technician is required for the Municipal Employment and Training Programme. Essential requirements: Official university bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably in a social sciences field. In cases where the candidate does not hold a degree in the social sciences field, they must possess an official university bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least one year of verifiable experience in supporting vulnerable groups. Catalan language proficiency level C. Offered: Full-time contract. Morning and/or afternoon shifts (with statutory breaks). Contract duration: 8 months. Start date: 15/01/2026 GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare technical reports within the specialist’s field. \- Know and apply the Management System (quality, environment, occupational risk prevention, and code of ethics). \- Ensure safety and health in the workplace by properly using equipment related to their activities, in accordance with established procedures and current occupational risk prevention legislation. \- And, generally, other similar duties assigned. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Advise, inform, guide, and monitor service users through individual and/or group interventions aimed at optimizing their job search process. \- Conduct occupational and competence assessments, and design professional and occupational pathways with service users. \- Deliver training on methodologies across various domains. \- Update service users’ files and refer them to local programmes or services, as well as to job offers matching their profile. \- Participate in candidate selection processes for programmes. \- Monitor training activities and tutor trainees.
