The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * Working hours: 40 hours per week. * Schedule: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the long week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), and the short week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). * Duration: Vacation cover (minimum 2 months). * Salary: approx. €1.615 gross per month, paid in 14 installments per year. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and supervise the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
