Organize, safeguard, and manage all accounting books, files, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records in journals, ledgers, and/or on computers. Prepare, update, analyze, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and charts. Carry out procedures and prepare year-end reports as instructed. Prepare, verify, reconcile, and issue notes, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Collect receivables and pay supplier invoices, and track payments to completion. Coordinate tasks and work with other departments; serve as a role model or mentor within the department; assign tasks and ensure their timely completion in accordance with quality standards. Immediately report any workplace accidents or injuries to the manager/supervisor. Follow and implement all chain policies and procedures; ensure a clean and complete uniform is worn; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while on duty; uphold confidentiality when disseminating information specific to the brand and/or hotel, and protect all company assets. Use clear and courteous language in all communications; prepare and proofread written documents accurately and thoroughly; answer the telephone using appropriate language. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers; unite and support one another to achieve common goals; listen to and respond appropriately to other employees’ concerns. Move, lift, carry, pull, and place loads weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently. Perform all other duties assigned by management that are consistent with this position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
