You've come to the right place. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Minimum four years of experience in Technical Support. Experience with: * Microsoft SQL Server. * Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). * Azure DevOps Server. * Windows GPO. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Service availability and operational control tasks. * Monitoring of processing, capacity, and performance. * Technology and functionality updates, as well as obsolescence reduction of services. * Implementation of required security measures and system hardening. * Vulnerability analysis, security updates, and implementation of security measures. * Reactive resolution or mitigation of service disruptions caused by any type of failure, to restore service. * Proactive handling of service requests and application of configurations that minimize reactive interventions. * Documentation tasks including processes, service scope, service operation, user manuals, policies, etc. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Indefinite full-time employment contract.
