Define and develop radio communication systems architecture Location: Barcelona, CT, ES Professional Profile: Defense and Security (PyS) Required Experience: Over 2 years of experience Position Type: Hybrid **At Indra Group, we protect what matters most.** We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that reinforce national and international security. **Join our European project team!** As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Radio/SDR Communications Systems Engineer** for strategic Space domain projects. **What will you do?** * Define and develop Software-Defined Radio (SDR)-based radio communication systems architecture. * Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements (SRS, SSDD, etc.). * Participate in the design and definition of waveforms and data links at the system level. * Define communications equipment architecture (radios, modems, etc.). * Apply systems engineering methodologies (MBSE) for modeling and traceability. * Ensure consistency among requirements, design, implementation, and validation. * Analyze communication protocols and algorithms across the OSI stack. * Collaborate with development teams (DSP, FPGA, software) on system implementation. * Work with open standards and architectures such as SCA, SOSA, and MOSA. * Evaluate technical solutions and technologies in the tactical communications domain. **What are we looking for?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria we’re seeking.
