To achieve this, we are looking for a Compliance Advisor to provide services onsite at our offices on Paseo de la Zona Franca. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Knowledge of European-level Data Protection and Whistleblower Protection regulations. Coordination with the DPO and data protection management. * Handling requests from internal clients such as Administration or the Commercial Department regarding legal matters, external customer claims, etc. * Participation in strategic projects, internal audits, and management of legal and regulatory risks. * Collaboration in the analysis and resolution of claims. * Contributing to decision-making by providing a legal perspective across all departments and companies within the Group. * Monitoring corporate matters with external legal services. * Contributing to reporting on the Group's legal function to senior management. * Compliance: Collaborating on regulatory and legal compliance issues in the Group’s foreign subsidiaries at the European level. Designing and implementing compliance programs. * Collaboration in international Due Diligence processes. * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, sales agreements, NDAs, distribution, leasing, agency, loan agreements, as well as industrial and intellectual property contracts. * Managing procedures with external lawyers, notaries, and registries, following judicial proceedings and/or arbitrations. * Contributing to defining/adjusting internal procedures and templates required for the daily operations of the Group. * Providing strategic advice to the Management Committee. * Monitoring regulatory compliance across all business areas. **This is what awaits you at Proclinic Group. If you would like to join this great team, apply through our job posting REQUIREMENTS * **Hard**: Essential Law Degree, with prior experience at a top-tier law firm or corporate legal advisory, between 4\-5 years. Specialized training in International Commercial Law and/or International Compliance will be valued. * Multijurisdictional experience and very high level of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, German, Polish, etc., will be highly valued. * **Communication skills** to explain regulations to different levels. * Adaptability to changing environments and efficient time management. * **Soft**: We are looking for a professional with strong ethics, organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and who enjoys working collaboratively with diverse individuals.
