It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 80 establishments across more than 20 different destinations and undergoing active expansion. CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in central Barcelona. MAIN TASKS: \- Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. \- Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. \- Carry out periodic cleanings as outlined in the established plan. \- Handle food in compliance with current regulations. \- Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues accordingly. \- Collaborate in the execution of menus and menus. \- Monitor and ensure proper conservation and optimal utilization of provided products. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS: \- Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. \- Proactivity and dynamism. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. ### **Offer** WHAT WE OFFER: \- 20-hour weekly contract from 7 \- 11 a.m., with two consecutive rotating days off. \- Competitive salary. \- Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company. **HOSPITALITY CONNECTION BARCELONA SL** --------------------------------------- * Barcelona * Human Resources
