Description
**Role Mission:** Ensure optimal procurement by closely collaborating with suppliers and other departments to build trust and meet the company’s and our customers’ needs.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage material procurement through the ERP system, placing purchase orders in a timely and optimal manner.
* Monitor stock levels to ensure high service levels.
* Channel inquiries to suppliers (e.g., forecasts, internal projects, new pharmaceutical industry regulations).
* Maintain department-specific KPIs: On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) for manufacturers and other supply flow metrics.
* Liaise with customs agents to ensure timely and proper receipt of goods.
* Handle logistics and quality-related issues with suppliers.
* Collaborate with the Finance Department to align inventory value with the established Working Capital indicator.
* Participate in operational meetings.
* Propose improvements for the procurement area and the Supply Chain department overall.
**Requirements**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics, Organizational Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: 2\-3 years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
* IT tools: Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
* Languages: Spanish and English (fluent spoken English).
