We are looking for a student or recent graduate who wants to learn and grow in a key supply chain function, working closely with Delivery, Procurement, NPD, and Factory teams. ### **What will you do?** **Production Tracking** * Collect production data to monitor progress against the manufacturing schedule. * Prepare reports and presentations for daily planning meetings. * Identify potential deviations or delays in the weekly schedule. ️ **Master Data Management** * Support updating master data in the ERP system (lead times, BOMs, etc.). * Ensure accuracy of data used for inventory planning. **Inventory Management** * Collaborate on monitoring stock levels and safety stock. * Generate reports to detect potential stockouts or overstocks. * Support initial item categorization (ABC). **Projects and NPI (New Products)** * Support tracking milestones for new developments. * Organize and document cross-departmental meetings related to new products or regulatory changes. **Analysis and Documentation** * Participate in root cause analysis of simple supply chain incidents. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of planning procedures. ### **What are we looking for?** ✅ Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. ✅ Strong interest in Supply Chain and Production Planning. ✅ Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas). ✅ Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. ✅ Proactivity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
