Urban Maintenance Supervisor

This position is located within the City area, which specializes in the maintenance of urban infrastructure, including public space upkeep, facilities, green areas, and the installation and operation of building technology. What will you do on a daily basis? * Supervise the work carried out by your team, providing necessary instructions to correct any deviations. * Carry out building maintenance execution tasks. * Complete production, quality, and attendance documentation and forms. * Monitor the quality standards established for processes and execution. * Train the team under your supervision. * Be responsible for implementing the Service Safety Plan. * Supervise and coordinate subcontracted companies providing services. * Organize and allocate personnel and machinery. What are we looking for? * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor, ideally in urban maintenance services or similar. * Experience in maintenance services related to water management or distribution, sewerage, etc. * Valid driver’s license. * Strong organizational, planning, and management skills.
