Patient, caregiver, and professional training. \- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients. Define objectives and monitor progress. Objectively assess pathology using specific scales and measurements. Demonstrate empathy. \- Prepare and record each patient's information in the designated registry system within established timeframes. \- Coordinate with other members of the local healthcare team or with other departments as directed by management, especially with the patient's assigned team. Participate in clinical training and informational sessions. \- Provide necessary training to patients and/or their families to prevent diseases or avoid exacerbations/complications. Promote healthy lifestyle habits. \- Perform nursing duties, including: medication administration, training on medication administration, wound care, catheter changes, intravenous line insertion, and vital signs monitoring. \- Ensure proper calibration of equipment used in service delivery. Monitor and replenish consumable supplies (minimum stock level) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and verify expiration dates. \- Ability to organize services with maximum diligence and possess necessary resources for traveling to patients' homes. \- Remain reachable during working shifts and be available for any nursing-related service within the predefined geographic area. \- Complete, collect, and deliver administrative documentation for services in the required format and timeframe * 0 months of experience.
