Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse for an assisted living facility to coordinate with ESR, monitor pressure ulcers (UPP), collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, conduct nursing assessments, and communicate with families. Communication with families We are looking for a nurse for an assisted living facility in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat with 18 beds. Coordination with ESR Care and monitoring of pressure ulcers (UPP) Coordination with the facility's interdisciplinary team Nursing assessments Communication with families * Minimum experience: 1 month. Prior experience is not required, but knowledge of geriatrics and care for frail patients will be valued. * COMPLETED PRIMARY STUDIES * Spanish (advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (10 hours \- weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '400' to '500' * Additional relevant information: 10 hours per week (schedule negotiable); immediate start; salary according to the Catalan Dependency Collective Agreement
