GES is growing and we are looking to incorporate someone who brings rigor, organization, and a collaborative mindset to our administration team. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE?** * You will track pending payments and customer due dates. * You will manage large accounts through a platform: uploading invoices, validations, and compliance with protocols. * You will handle payment reminders with a professional and empathetic approach. * You will coordinate with internal teams (sales, administration) to resolve payment or billing issues. * You will prepare periodic reports on the status of the receivables portfolio. * You will participate in administrative tasks within the department, contributing to continuous improvement. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** * Vocational Training Degree in Administration, Finance, or similar.
