We seek a motivated individual eager to lead, learn, and contribute to the team—acting as the responsible person for team members and the outcomes of their tasks, thereby achieving defined objectives. Publication Date: 20/02/2026 Requirements Qualification: Specific Workshop Manager qualification Preference Given To: Prior experience as a Workshop Manager in a machinery manufacturing company. Leadership, management, and empathy skills. Experience in machining, assembly, welding, etc. Requirements: A responsible person motivated to contribute to and grow with the company. Experience and knowledge in personnel management, welding, assembly, technical drawing interpretation, basic IT skills, and CAD tools. Mandatory: Prior experience as a Workshop Manager or Production Manager. Mechanical manufacturing and assembly knowledge, machining and welding expertise.
