Focus on innovation in digital transformation and customer experience **Department:**GSMA Ltd **Team:** Technology Innovation and Customer Experience (TICX) **Location:** Barcelona **Position type:**Contract until December 2026, Full\-Time and Hybrid working, 2\-3 days in the office **What the hiring manager says** The TICX Technology Manager for Managed Services will report into the Head of Innovation and will hold a pivotal position in the expansion of TICX activities into new areas of the company (GSMA Services). Main responsibilities will be to drive and participate in the assessment, definition, execution and delivery of technology initiatives within GSMA Ltd Services branch. The role involves defining user experiences, managing integrations, coordinating stakeholders, and driving innovation in digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will be main point of contact across the business for their assigned projects/workstreams. Head of Innovation **About the Team** The Technology, Innovation and Customer Experience team are responsible for delivering Technology and Registration/Access Services for our MWC Events Series, Mobile 360 Events and now for GSMA Services. The team comprises of a globally dispersed team who provide innovative and bespoke technology solutions in conjunction with our 3rd party vendors to support our events \- with a particular focus on the registration and access to our events. As a team, we are a collective of high\-performance event specialists who are motivated to deliver at an exceptional level. **About the role** Project \& Strategic Management * Drive experience transformation by defining user journeys, analysing existing processes, and implementing improvements. * Conduct business assessments to support technology decisions and integrations. * Define, manage, and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion. * Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and roadmaps. * Establish and review key strategic priorities with the business director and integrate them into the roadmap. Stakeholder \& Vendor Coordination: * Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. * Plan and coordinate with co\-vendors for smooth project execution. * Work closely with TICX and GSMA teams to integrate technology solutions into GSMA services. Technical \& Product Management: * Oversee data flow, user flow, and system integrations to enhance customer experience. * Support managed services through API integrations, technical architecture reviews, and best practices. * Conduct research on market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and business goals. Reporting \& Performance Analysis: * Consolidate reporting data and provide actionable insights for business decision\-making. * Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to optimize user experience and business performance. **About You** * Strong background in technology project management * Experience with API integrations, Salesforce, and user management * Understanding of digital onboarding, master data management, and data flows * Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven approach * Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability communicate and discuss complex and technical solutions to all levels of the business * Awareness of data privacy, GDPR and info security principles **About****your skills** Agility \- strategic and detail\-oriented technology professional with expertise in digital transformation, system integrations, and services Stakeholder management \- skilled in working with cross\-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders Innovation \- optimising user experiences, drive technology initiatives that enhance efficiency and innovation Analysis \- proactive and analytical mindset by translate complex challenges into scalable solutions, ensuring seamless data flows, API integrations, and business alignment We strive to offer a meaningful and inclusive application experience for all candidates.
