We support ambitious technology transfer initiatives that bring advanced technologies from the lab to the market. **Position Summary:** We are seeking a **Senior Technology Transfer Broker** with a solid technical background to support our growing portfolio of energy\-related and big science technologies. The selected candidate will lead brokerage activities, helping to identify, promote, and commercialize technologies developed through large\-scale research programs, particularly in the areas of advanced energy systems, large scientific infrastructures, and other pioneering research fields. **Key Responsibilities:** The candidate will work for Viromii, supporting the services we provide to our clients in the fields of energy innovation and big science. Responsibilities include: * **Technology Portfolio Development**: Identifying and assessing innovative technologies in advanced energy or scientific research fields. * **Promotion and Commercialization**: Creating Technology Offer documents and promoting technologies to potential industrial partners, adopters, or investors. * **Brokerage Services**: Facilitating the transfer of technologies to the market by connecting research teams with relevant stakeholders (industry, investors, users, etc.). * **Marketplace Management**: Managing a virtual platform to showcase and promote high\-tech solutions. * **Innovation Funding**: Supporting the launch and management of initiatives such as awards, demonstrator projects, or pilot funding programs. To succeed, the candidate will build and maintain a strong network of organizations within the energy, technology, and big science ecosystems, and actively participate in European networks and events. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (engineering degrees preferred). * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in brokerage, business development, sales, or technology transfer. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Minimum C1 level (or equivalent) in English, with fluent professional oral communication required.
