Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome together, thanks to the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people — another success story we will write jointly. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Senior Developer** with experience in developing **BPM** solutions from **IBM**, particularly in **BAW** (Business Automation Workflow) environments. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **IBM BPM** solutions. * Primarily develop using **Java**. * Create and maintain forms and interfaces associated with BPM processes. * Participate in application and service integration within the **BAW** ecosystem. * Collaborate throughout the development lifecycle following **DevOps** practices. * Use **Git**, **Jira**, and participate in automated deployments. ### **Desirable** * Knowledge of **frontend** technologies such as **JavaScript, HTML, and CSS**. * Prior experience in projects within the **banking sector**. * Experience working with agile methodologies and **DevOps** environments. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
