We are currently looking to hire a **Maritime Customer Service – Container Liner** professional for our **Noatum Maritime Services** offices in **Barcelona**, within the Maritime Agency department. We seek professionals with experience in logistics, international trade, or maritime/logistics business, possessing a strong command of English and motivation to build a career in our industry.
**Main Responsibilities**:
* Customer Service (direct contact with customers/suppliers).
* Booking execution, taking into account applicable contracts, aiming to optimize existing special contracts in coordination with procurement.
* Documentation arising from these responsibilities.
* Customs-related procedures.
* Transportation management.
* Invoicing.
* Incident management as required.

### **Minimum Requirements**
* Candidate must hold a degree in Maritime Business, International Trade, International Transport, or a related field.
* Excel: intermediate level.
* Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
* Proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills, customer orientation, attention to detail, and ability to plan and work under pressure.
