Hospitalet Cooperative requires a Kitchen Assistant. Selection will be carried out in accordance with the participation requirements of the Subsidy Programme for the Employment Contracting of People in Situations of Greater Vulnerability (EMT/3278/2025 RESOLUTION). Mandatory: DONO (Unemployed Job Seeker). Contract type: Indefinite-term employment contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Salary: €1,581.61 gross per month, paid in 14 installments. Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in the catering sector and in collective or community kitchens. - Prepare, peel, and cut vegetables and other food items. - Monitor, cook, and control the cooking pot during cooking processes, following necessary instructions. - Assist in cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining order in the kitchen and dining areas. - Check food stock levels and report shortages or product requirements. * 12 months’ experience. Prior experience in collective kitchens and involvement in developing cooking workshops and community-based gastronomic activities. * Competencies / knowledge: Ability to work in a team, resolve incidents, and exercise autonomy in daily tasks.
