Description ### **Description** At AURA Seguros, we are seeking to hire a Selection Technician to strengthen our People Management area. We are looking for a professional specialized in talent attraction and onboarding, with experience managing end-to-end selection processes and the ability to support candidates throughout their entire journey: from profile definition to effective onboarding. This person must be rigorous, an attentive listener with sound judgment, comfortable coordinating with department heads, and focused on the quality of hires. This is a role with direct impact on organizational growth, within a professional, approachable, and evolving environment. **Key Responsibilities** Talent Selection and Attraction * Comprehensive management of selection processes: defining profiles with requesting departments, publishing vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. * Conducting competency-based interviews and preparing candidate assessment reports. * Managing recruitment sources and job portals, and tracking process-related KPIs. * Coordinating interview schedules with involved stakeholders. * Communicating with and following up on candidates throughout the entire process. Onboarding and Development * Designing and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. * Supporting the probation period management and monitoring adaptation. * Collaborating on Employer Branding initiatives and promoting the company as an employer of choice. * Supporting team training and development activities. * Assisting in improving, organizing, and optimizing internal People Management processes. **Requirements** * Prior experience in selection technician roles, managing full-cycle recruitment processes. * Proficiency in interview techniques, especially competency-based interviews. * Experience using job portals and recruitment sources. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy. * Ability to work independently while maintaining coordination with other departments. * Service orientation and strong communication skills. * University degree related to people management (e.g., Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar). **Key Competencies We Highly Value** * Sound judgment and high-quality candidate evaluation. * Organizational skills and adherence to deadlines. * Autonomy in daily task management, with internal coordination. * Practical, solution-oriented approach to resolving process-related issues. * Clear and professional communication with candidates and internal teams.
