We are looking for a person to support the Presidency Department, which operates within the Government of Catalonia. We offer an employment integration contract to join the maintenance team. As an integration company, we provide a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 30 months (2 and a half years). • Loading and unloading of materials: This includes furniture redistribution, placement of banners, posters, chairs, assembly and disassembly of platforms, transporting boxes, etc. To perform this function, a certain degree of speed is required, as each task has stipulated timeframes—given that multiple events and ceremonies take place daily, all tasks must be completed within the working day. • Adapting spaces for events/ceremonies (opening and closing of venues, preparing rooms or public spaces for events, checking stock and materials, etc.) and ensuring workplace order and cleanliness (ensuring orderly storage of materials and compliance with regulations and use of PPE).
