Responsibilities * Optimize spaces according to the specific needs of each project. * Ensure apartment quality in accordance with SU standards. * Coordinate daily activities related to apartment design and maintenance. * Visit apartments and prepare reports on their current condition. * Assist in managing new property launch projects. * Prepare budgets for apartment improvements. * Manage procurement and invoicing of furniture and decorative items. Requirements * Mandatory internship agreement for a minimum of 6 months. * Experience in a related field or completion of relevant projects. * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or specialized course in Interior Design or a related discipline. * Knowledge of interior design styles and trends. * Experience in procurement and supplier management is preferred. * Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Lightroom.
