Our client is a company dedicated to **residential construction**, with over **25 years of experience** in **design and building**. We specialize in innovative aluminum formwork technology, enabling us to execute high-quality projects with **efficiency and speed**, ensuring robust and durable structures. Key responsibilities include: * Analyzing and selecting the most suitable **formwork systems**, based on project type, structural requirements, and site conditions. * Planning **logistics, assembly sequences, and dismantling procedures** for formwork on site. * Optimizing the use of **materials, time, and resources**, reducing costs and waste. * Coordinating with **engineering, production, site operations, and safety departments** to ensure proper execution. * Developing **technical procedures, schedules, and work standards** for formwork. * Monitoring compliance with **technical, quality, and safety regulations** related to formwork usage. * Evaluating the **performance and service life** of formwork systems and proposing continuous improvements. * Supporting **staff training** on correct formwork usage and assembly. Requirements * University degree in **Industrial Engineering** (specialization or experience in construction preferred). * Experience with **formwork systems**, including metallic, modular, climbing, slip-form, and others. * Knowledge of **process management, cost control, project planning, and site supervision**. * Proficiency in **technical tools and software** for planning and design (preferred). * Familiarity with applicable **construction safety and quality regulations**.
