Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Construction Technician with commercial vision and general construction knowledge, capable of acquiring clients and managing projects from the commercial phase through to execution. Active participation in commercial and technical development. • We seek to hire a Commercial Construction Technician with a hybrid profile: a person possessing commercial vision and general construction knowledge, capable of acquiring new clients, preparing budgets, and performing technical and progress monitoring of construction projects. • The position targets profiles able to build client trust, identify technical needs, and accompany each project from the commercial phase through to its proper execution. • Acquisition and development of new clients. • Commercial management and portfolio follow-up. • Technical site visits for data collection and needs identification. • Preparation of budgets and economic proposals. • Monitoring and control of project status. • Coordination with clients, office, and technical team. • Support in construction project management to ensure deadlines, quality, and proper execution. • Post-sales follow-up and client retention. * Minimum 5 years’ experience. • Knowledge of the construction and/or renovation sector. • General technical construction knowledge. • Negotiation skills and results orientation. • Proficiency with computer tools. • Knowledge of construction project management and monitoring. • Organization, autonomy, and strong communication skills. * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2900 * Additional information of interest: • Stable project within an established company. • Position with autonomy and responsibility. • Fixed annual gross salary of 35\.000 € \+ variable component. • Company vehicle, mobile phone, and expense allowance. • Active participation in the commercial and technical development of projects.
