We are seeking a Senior Workshop Facilitator. Job description: \- Conduct workshops for groups of 15 elderly participants. Workshops include: Catalan-language coffee sessions, memory training, and adapted physical activity sessions. \- The facilitator will encourage participation, socialization, and well-being, adapting activities to the group's abilities and interests. Responsibilities: \- Monthly planning of activities to be carried out. \- Delivering sessions at the specified times. \- Strengthening community and intergenerational ties, and raising awareness against ageism. Competencies / knowledge: Demonstrable experience is required. Relevant academic qualifications are considered an asset. Experience leading groups of elderly people is also valued. \- Proficiency in both written and spoken Catalan and Spanish. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (4 hours \- weekly working hours) * Additional relevant information: Salary according to collective agreement: €223.55\/gross\/month. Employment contract governed by the Leisure Sector Collective Agreement, under the job classification "Workshop Facilitator." Temporary contract duration until December 18, with a 1-month probationary period. Possibility of continuation from January 2027\. Working hours: Mondays, 10:00–11:30; Tuesdays, 10:00–11:30; Fridays, 10:30–11:30; plus one additional hour per month. Expected contract duration: Permanent. Start date: 09\/14\/2026
