TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND CONTINUOUS TRAINING

Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Quality Management and Continuous Training. The main mission is to support the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System, based on compliance with ISO 9001 or other applicable regulations of the Organization, as well as developing the technical aspects of the Coordinator’s processes; regulatory monitoring, continuous training, etc. Regarding the Quality and Continuous Improvement System \- Preparation and analysis of documentation, forms, records, annual report, etc. \- Conducting internal audits across various services within the Organization. \- Monitoring and advising management teams, coordinators, and service representatives. \- Providing training to newly appointed managers and coordinators or to individuals designated by management. \- Collecting and analyzing data, results, questionnaires, etc., as assigned by management. \- Regarding communication and other matters \- Preparing technical and administrative documentation as required and ensuring its delivery to the appropriate recipients. \- Sharing information, documentation, etc., on the resource portal. \- Regarding the continuous training process \- Collaborating in human resources management related to planning and managing continuous training. * Minimum 2 years of experience.
