**Job Description**
We are seeking a **Plant Manager**, responsible for quality control of the treatment process as well as ensuring the proper operational condition of the facilities in **Castellar del Vallès**.
Key responsibilities include:
* Comprehensive maintenance management: planning and execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, conductive, and multi-technical maintenance, ensuring technical\-legal compliance and process optimization.
* Quality and environmental control: tracking and closure of non-conformities, process monitoring, waste management, and compliance with the Environmental Management System (EMS) and associated KPIs.
* Document management and reporting: preparation of maintenance reports for the client, and organized, up-to-date, and accessible management of technical and contractual documentation.
* Team leadership: coordination of a 6-person team, shift scheduling, training, technical support, identification of needs, and conflict resolution.
* Economic management and client relations: financial control of the contract, KPI monitoring, direct client communication, procurement, and exploration of new business opportunities.
* Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and energy efficiency improvement: compliance with OHS regulations, monitoring of related indicators, and proposal of safety and energy efficiency improvement actions.

* University degree in Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance management of wastewater treatment plants or similar industrial facilities.
