We are seeking a Claims Handler to join our Legal Defense Department in Barcelona, responsible for handling our insured clients’ claims amicably, aiming to reach settlements and avoid litigation. In cases where no amicable agreement is reached, the judicial phase is monitored, maintaining contact with the lawyers assigned to each case. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage and process claims in accordance with existing coverage terms. * Inform, advise, and guide insured clients to ensure resolution of their claims files. * Monitor all claim-related procedures from notification through to closure. **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday: from 8:00 to 15:00 until September 15; starting September 16, flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:00, and flexible end time between 17:00 and 18:00 Monday to Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00. * Opportunity to join a leading, established, and expanding company in the sector. * Regular follow-up meetings to review and analyze goal achievement. * Continuous training within a pleasant work environment characterized by strong personal engagement and motivation. * Work modality: 100% on-site during the initial training and adaptation period.
