We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setup, and operation of CNC lathes, ensuring accurate part manufacturing according to technical specifications. The candidate must be able to precisely interpret engineering drawings and perform measurements to guarantee the quality and accuracy of produced parts. Experience in manufacturing both one-off parts and short production runs is highly valued, demonstrating versatility and adaptability to different project types.
Daily responsibilities will include machine adjustment, making necessary corrections during the machining process, and continuously verifying final product quality. The candidate is expected to possess solid knowledge of Fagor and/or Fanuc control systems and be capable of programming directly at the machine. Additionally, basic machine maintenance tasks will be required to ensure optimal equipment performance. This position is essential to maintaining our production standards and efficiency.

Proven experience as a CNC lathe operator. Solid knowledge of Fagor and/or Fanuc controls. Ability to program at the machine. Experience in machining one-off parts and short production runs. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform dimensional inspection. Knowledge of basic machine maintenance.
