TASKS Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. Carry out periodic cleaning activities as outlined in the established plan. Handle food in compliance with current regulations. Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. ### **Requirements** Experience in gastronomic hotels. Proactivity and dynamism. Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation. Experience in restaurants or hotels. ### **Offered** 40-hour weekly contract. Job stability and competitive salary.
