The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire product creation process—from ingredient selection and preparation to final presentation of creations. This includes mixing, kneading, and shaping various doughs, applying precise techniques to achieve specific textures and consistencies. Baking—monitoring times and temperatures—will be crucial to ensure optimal doneness. The decoration and finishing stage will allow full creative expression. Additionally, strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations—and maintaining an immaculate workspace—will be essential. The candidate will also manage raw materials, including receiving and inventory control, always ensuring ingredient freshness and quality. Maintenance and care of pastry equipment will be another key responsibility to guarantee proper functionality. This is an opportunity to join a project where quality and tradition meet innovation. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in pastry. Minimum academic qualification: High School Diploma. Advanced English proficiency (C1\) is mandatory.
