Availability to work fourth and fifth shifts as required by production needs. As a Maintenance Technician in the Fragrances area, reporting to the Corrective Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring line availability through agile, structured, and root-cause-oriented interventions within a highly demanding production environment. THE ROLE **OPTIMIZE, FACILITATE, INNOVATE!** As an Electromechanical Technician for the packaging line, you will play a key role in: * Ensuring maximum packaging line availability by responding rapidly and effectively to breakdowns, minimizing impact on production. * Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents on automated equipment, working on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. * Conducting structured failure analysis using BDA methodology to ensure root cause identification and prevent recurrence. * Ensuring proper closure of incidents, avoiding prolonged open issues and guaranteeing definitive solutions. * Executing and collaborating on format changes, ensuring compliance with standards (DET, Setting Cards) and reducing setup time. * Rigorously recording all interventions in plant systems (POS, GIM, BDA, C/O), ensuring traceability and data quality. * Independently managing spare parts required for interventions, coordinating with the workshop. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety conditions both on the line and in the workshop. * Actively participating in Line DDS meetings, contributing technical insight, incident follow-up, and improvement proposals. * Aligning with departmental objectives regarding reduction of recurring failures, MTTR improvement, and equipment reliability. YOU ARE A GREAT FIT FOR COTY As an Electromechanical Technician for the Packaging Line, you thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment. You are focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Education: Higher Technical Degree in Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance within high-speed automated environments. Solid knowledge of: Industrial electricity (reading electrical schematics). Applied mechanics for packaging machinery. Pneumatics. Structured failure diagnosis capability (beyond reactive corrective action). Experience using maintenance management and incident reporting systems. Preferred qualifications include: Experience with packaging lines (filling, labeling, case packing, light robotics).
