Position Summary: Warehouse operator to manage orders, coordinate transportation, and perform warehouse and stock control tasks, ensuring logistical accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of shipping and warehouse operations 2. Coordination of transportation and logistics documentation 3. Operation of forklifts for loading and unloading trucks Warehouse operator position in the shipping department, based in Barberà del Vallès. Duties include order receipt and management, coordination with transport agencies, preparation of delivery notes and logistics documentation. Also includes goods handling, loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts, and warehouse and stock control activities. Work tools include SAP, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30\. The selected candidate will ensure smooth daily operations in the warehouse and shipping departments, guaranteeing accuracy in shipping and logistics processes. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an industrial environment are required. **Responsibilities:** Order receipt. Contact with transport agencies. Management of transportation- and logistics-related documentation. Preparation of delivery notes. Goods handling using forklifts (loading and unloading trucks). All warehouse, logistics, and stock management is performed via SAP, supported by Excel, with internal communication conducted through Outlook and Teams. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30.
