Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare school menus, ensure proper meal preparation and execution, and supervise the kitchen team at a school. Highlights: 1. Preparation of school menus according to nutritional guidelines. 2. Supervision of the team and assignment of tasks. 3. Implementation of food safety protocols. We are looking for a cook to work in a school kitchen in Barcelona. Immediate incorporation. **Cook's schedule:** \- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM **Gross salary:** €1953/month **Cook's responsibilities:** * Preparation of school menus according to nutritional guidelines and the educational center's preferences. * Ensuring proper execution of cooking and meal preparation processes. * Supervision of the team and assignment of tasks. * Implementation of the HACCP Plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety protocols. * Conducting controls and maintaining records to guarantee food quality and safety. * Participation in food order planning and logistical coordination. **Requirements:** \- Preferred: Intermediate vocational qualification in catering services, vocational training cycles in the Hospitality and Tourism professional family, or equivalent. * Good command of Catalan and Spanish * Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and in collective catering kitchens Work location: On-site employment
