Description

Accenture, recognized as a Great Place To Work®, is a global leader in professional services that helps the world’s leading enterprises, public sector organizations, and other institutions develop their core digital capabilities, optimize operations, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale. If you are ready to lead the complete reinvention of the enterprise through technology and data, you have an opportunity to join Accenture’s team and shape the future of our clients and society. We are seeking a Talent & Organization professional for our Digital Learning practice, based in Madrid or Barcelona, who will collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders to co-create and implement business transformation solutions. The selected candidate will advise senior leadership using data, expertise, and insights—integrating processes, technology, and advanced analytics to maximize human potential behind emerging technologies. The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model—working some days remotely from home and others onsite at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory. Responsibilities * Design and deploy Digital Learning and Talent Transformation solutions aligned with client strategy, integrating organizational change processes and technology adoption. * Advise senior management on data-driven Talent & Organization initiatives, applying analytical approaches and consulting methodologies to support decision-making. * Participate in defining and implementing corporate learning platforms—including LMS/LXP, cloud-based solutions, and GenAI use cases applied to training and development. * Analyze talent and learning data to generate actionable insights, build dashboards, and define impact and adoption metrics. Key Responsibilities * Lead or contribute to Talent & Organization consulting projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key client stakeholders. * Define Digital Learning, reskilling, and upskilling models—leveraging technologies such as LMS, LXP, authoring tools, learning analytics, and generative AI–based solutions. * Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, collaborating with technology teams on enterprise-wide implementations. * Assess the quality and availability of talent and learning data, designing new data models, KPIs, and executive reporting. Benefits and Compensation At Accenture—a Great Place To Work®–certified company—we champion a hybrid work model enabled by technology and our physical spaces, allowing us to sustain the essential human connection needed to collaborate effectively with our teams and clients. This connection supports our inclusive culture and diversity commitment—and according to Refinitiv, makes Accenture the most diverse company in the world. Additionally, we offer the following benefits: * Health, life, and accident insurance * Medical services and wellness programs * Flexible compensation program and stock purchase plan * Flexibility programs (flexible hours, floating holidays, vacation time, etc.) * Personalized learning and development path * Sustainability initiatives and Accenture Foundation programs * Employee networks dedicated to diversity
