Department **Enel Grids – Energy Recovery Department of Catalonia** The Energy Recovery Department of Catalonia is tasked with identifying, analyzing, and minimizing energy losses in the electricity distribution grid—both those stemming from technical causes and those associated with unrecorded consumption. To achieve this, it conducts information analysis, defines and monitors corrective actions, and continuously improves processes, thereby contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of the electricity system. Training Objectives During the internship, the participant will: Organizational Management * Gain familiarity with the structure and operations of the Energy Recovery Department and its role within the electricity distribution network. * Participate in the planning, monitoring, and coordination of initiatives aimed at reducing system energy losses. * Collaborate in improving internal processes, acquiring a comprehensive view of the operational management of a strategic Endesa unit.
