The session includes: * Floorwork, traveling with turns, axial jumps, falls and recoveries. * Training in flow dynamics, direction and levels. We work on cross-gaze, breathing, pelvic mobility and core organization through guided tasks. The aim is to explore the body as an available expressive system, combining technique, improvisation and sensory awareness to develop precision, presence and availability in action.
